Carburetor Installation for Ford Engine 360

Ford’s 360 big block engine was manufactured from 1968 to 1976, and was used solely by Ford’s truck line. The 360 used heavy-responsibility inside parts to make sure that the engine was sturdy enough for towing. Torque, not horsepower (hp), was the sturdy point of this engine. 6. Join the fuel filter and the fuel line to the carburetor to complete the installation. The fuel filter’s threaded finish screws into the lower left-hand nook of the entrance of the carburetor. Slide a hose clamp over the gas line.
7. Push the gas line over the fitting on the gas filter. Safe the line to the carburetor by first sliding the hose clamp to the end of the fuel line where the road meets the carburetor. Then turn the screw on the hose clamp in a clockwise course with a flathead screwdriver.
